The Job Position CDS entity does not export future effective dated records. We are trying to build a flow to automate the creation of an AAD user account for new hires and this task needs to be done ahead of the new hire's start date. Given that the Job Position CDS entity does not currently export future dated records, it's not possible to retrieve information about the position. This would be very beneficial for several business cases.

This will be a huge help for us. It will allow us to streamline the onboarding process (among other things) by sending new hire info to our Microsoft Service manager helpdesk software to automate the IT onboarding process for new hires. Please vote!
