A customer uses D365 as a background system for their critical services. The goal is to run regression tests in sandbox (dev+test) organizations at first in order to gain lead time in case regression occur. Currently this is not possible, as service updates are performed for the whole region at once. Due to privacy regulations, the desired option would be to have all D365 organizations in the same region.
