Allow flow and push Sales Quote/Order details and pricing into Job card > Job Planing Lines to reduce data entry efforts and prevent recording errors.

There are vaious versions of this idea.
- Link Sales quote/order to a Job
- Create Sales quote/order by transfering Job planning lines in same way as we can transfer to Sales invoice
- Add VAT info to Job quote report
The 3. idea is not the same as the others, but the problem would be solved by any of the other 2 ideas, so please go ahead and fulfill 3 splendid ideas in one solution :-)
