To date, BC SaaS is not compatible with Exchange On Prem, particularly for the use of shared mailboxes.
Some of our prospects and customers need to use shared mailboxes (as with Exchange On Line).
We think that our prospects would find it easier to make the decision to choose BC if this functionality were available.
