Hello everyone, I believe it would be great if you enable bundling in PSA on product level - from my research and of course based on our needs, I've established that this is a request that was set a long time ago. If we can have proper bundling, where you can hide/un-hide the content of the bundle, but also set automatic percentage discount for each product line, change the quantity automatically for each product line, we will not need to resort to customizations or CPQ providers, to fill-in missing functionality. This is a very simple feature and it should be featured on PSA to satisfy simple company needs. Good additional features on PSA would be: 1. The use of different price dimensions (different prices for the same product) 2. Discounts on customer, quote, bundle, package, product level 3. Default and contract specific products and prices 4. Multi-currencies in same quote (e.g. USD & EUR) 5. Volume based discounts or prices 6. Recurring & non-recurring products 7. Good output of the quote where you would be able to feature all of these settings in a visually appealing and understandable way. If this gets implemented within Dynamics CE (and of course ERP), I don't think there will be a customer, who would consider any other platform and I am sure that people will choose to work only with Microsoft's CRM.
