When a user creates a task in Dynamics the task shows in outlook and the user can add notes and click complete and this marks the task as complete in Dynamics.

Can you create an equivalent 'Complete' button on appointments in Outlook which would close the linked appointment in Dynamics?

This would save users having to open in Dynamics to close the appointment.
