As CSM within Microsoft supporting SMB customers, we miss having each customer segmented by industry verticals. An average each CSM gets 50 accounts assigned. Having segmentation allows not only CSM but also supervisor to enable account distribution by industry verticals and focus on particular use cases to support their customers.

This may not be D365 issue but if there is a missing data capture from some other system/database, we need to enable this field to capture "industry" and "vertical" field so we can do better with understanding customers and use cases.
