Require specific name or number formats when filling out Other options in multiple choice questions, or in Text questions.

If asking about a dollar amount or deadline or company name, it is necessary to specify what the format should be for that field. For example, "$44.00, or $44, or 12/12/20 or 12/12/2020. Or COMPANY NAME (all caps), etc..
