Currently if you quote a "prospect" this does not sync to F&O - which when using Master Planning to forecast stock and create planned orders using "future quote demand" provides a limited view of stock requirements. As a business we do not want 10,000 "customers" creating in F&O which will never order so we use Prospect for any "pre customer" enquiries.
