I don't understand why a useful function would be deprecated without a suitable replacement function being deployed to replace it in a timely fashion. I look forward to the reinstatement of this feature.

We cheered when Description was exposed with tool tips back in CRM 2011. Why would you deprecate something so incredibly useful?

Please please return tool tips. The field descriptions are incredible helpful and inform users on types of information or exceptions that are relevant to the field.
At our company all training documents and videos direct customers to find information using the hover over feature. With the removal of this function it requires us to redo every training document and video.
6 months wait to deploy a new solution is much to long.
