At the moment is not possible to move the config DB to new SQL server. That is needed when we upgrade SQL to new version, but we dont want to do on place update.

To move the config DB you need to setup new D365 Server and redeploy organisations.

It would be more convenient if we can easily move config DB in Deployment administrator,
