Issue:

By editing existing positions/lines in the [line item numbers] field in a Dynamics 365 entity/table (e.g. invoices-->added Products) and exporting the data via Word-Templates into a .docx file leads to missing and/or misplaced positions/lines in the .docx file whereby the correct order of the lines is displayed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (only corrupt Word-Template).

Steps to reproduce: - Create an invoice with data entries in D365 - Change a position/line in the line item number field to a different value (before or after) or insert a new product and in both cases renumber all positions/lines (same counts for deleting/replacing a product and renumbering) -->important is the renumbering process at least as individual renumbered positions get misplaced - Export the document as Word-Template when finished --> There are misplaced positions/lines in the Word-Template now available for the changed/replaced positions

Notes: - Word Template looks quite fine - Word Template contains just default functionality from D365 template export - Issue occurs within different exports

--> A good approach therefore is not to change and/or delete positions/lines in D365 entities/tables before the last position/line, so the output for the Word-Template will be as expected and working well. Anyway, not to make mistakes or changings would be a good approach but is not really practical and therefore a solution for this issue is needed. Latest, data entries with a huge amount of positions/lines inside will sometimes force changes. To workaround this issue, only a manual Operation by editing the exported Word-Template can resolve the wrong placed data what is not really sensful for this great feature.

Idea:

To avoid "Missing positions/lines in an exported document (Word-Templates) by retroactive changing a [line item number] in a position/line in a D365 entity/table (e.g. invoices) -same counts for deleting a position/line completely to another [line item number]" is the idea
