It is not possible to create or view a Service Order or Service Quote from the Outlook add-on.
Service Orders are very customer-oriented, much like Sales Orders.
It would be beneficial to be able to create-consult a Service Order-service quote in the same way we can for Sales Orders using the Outlook add-on
