I would like to submit this new idea for future product enhancement.

Scenario

At present, Copilot Credits consumption data is subject to a 24-hour delay before it is written into and made available through the downloadable report in the Power Platform Admin Center. This means that administrators who wish to monitor their Copilot Credits consumption on a given date must wait approximately two full days before the data for that date becomes visible in the report.

Expected behavior

Real-time or near-real-time Copilot Credits consumption reporting within the Power Platform Admin Center. Ideally, this enhancement would enable administrators to:

• View same-day or near-real-time Copilot Credits consumption data directly within the Power Platform Admin Center reporting dashboard, without the need to wait for a 24-hour or greater processing delay.
• Download reports that reflect the most current available consumption data, significantly reducing the visibility gap between actual usage and reported usage.
• Receive proactive alerts or notifications when consumption approaches defined monthly limits, based on real-time or up-to-date data enabling faster and more informed responses to potential overages.

Actual result

If Copilot Credits are consumed on March 24, 2026, the downloadable report generated on that same date will only display consumption data up to March 22, 2026.

In order to view the consumption data for March 24, 2026, administrators must wait until March 26, 2026 to download an updated report that reflects that date's usage.

This 24-hour visibility gap creates significant challenges for organizations that are required to monitor their Copilot Credits consumption closely; particularly those who are managing prepaid capacity plans, overseeing usage on behalf of multiple clients, or operating under strict financial governance policies.

Could the Product Group consider a future enhancement so that Copilot Credit could be able to have real-time or near-real-time reporting within the Power Platform Admin Center?

Additionally, implementing real-time or near-real-time Copilot Credits consumption visibility would deliver measurable value across the entire Power Platform customer community:

• Improved financial governance: Organizations would be empowered to make informed, data-driven decisions about their Copilot Credits allocation and usage on a daily basis.
• Reduced risk of unexpected overage charges: Administrators would have the visibility needed to intervene before consumption exceeds allocated capacity.
• Enhanced customer trust and transparency: Customers who manage Copilot services on behalf of their own clients would be able to provide accurate, timely usage reporting, thereby strengthening trust and confidence in the Microsoft Copilot platform.
• Greater alignment with enterprise monitoring standards: Real-time or near-real-time reporting aligns with the monitoring expectations of enterprise-grade organizations, which often require current data for compliance, auditing, and operational purposes.
