We have deployed a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application in a sandbox environment using LCS, but we are experiencing an access issue. The frontend interface is inaccessible to other admin users except for the deployment account. Even though these users were added as project team members, they receive an "Access Denied" error when attempting to access the application. We are unable to add security roles and permissions within D365 power-platform admin.

Steps Taken:

• Verified that the affected users are added as project team members.
• Confirmed that the deployment account has full access but other admins do not.

Request:

Please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all designated admin users can access the frontend interface as expected. Let us know if any additional configurations are required.
