Repro Steps

1) Login to CRM application
2) Go to Settings -> Customizations -> Customize the System -> Expand Entitles -> Expand Order Product -> Fields -> Double click quantity.
3) Now in the current "Quantity" field customization windows, you will see a option to change precision value under "Type" section.
5) Change the precision to "0" value and "Save and Close" the field.
6) Now in the "Customize the system" windows click the "Publish All Customizations" button shown on top of the window.
7) Now go to CRM -> Sales -> Order -> Open a "Order " -> Now on the Order form click on "Products" available in left navigation panel.
8) Now if you open a Order Product from the list view, you will see that Quantity field will be still showing 5 decimal zeros.

Even though for Quantity field in Order Product we have configured it to have "0" decimal precision, on the form we are seeing

In actual result when you open the Order product form Quantity field should having only the decimal precision configured in Quantity field customization.
