There are apparently no way of defaulting the Location Code to the job Planning Lines, the field must be filled in manually.
It should be defaulted from the Job Card (new field: Location Code)
Unlike Sales orders, I don't think it should be defaulted from Ship-to customer or Sell-to customer but from a new field in job Setup (Comp. at location) which is similar to the same field in Production and Assembly setup.

I would say default from customer but overwritten by Jobs Setup --> Components @ LocationAlso needs to DEFAULT from Job Header --> Task --> Planning Line
