1) Ability to limit queue visibility to business units they belong too (currently its all or nothing and I would like certain users to see queues in their business units and none of the others)
2) Combine In Progress and Assigned (its just confusing to people)
3) Add far more columns, its too limited of a list view to be usefull.
4) Configurable views per queue
5) queue items should inherit the permissions of the object they are regarding
