Our Client needs the recurrence meeting for the below scenario.

I must send 1 monthly reminder to a customer (if he does not pay).
I have created a dynamic segment, as soon as the customer has an unpaid debt, he integrates the segment, the journey must be triggered and the customer leaves the segment. if this same customer has an unpaid debt, he / she integrates the segment again and the journey must start again.
