Prior Meetings, Help me fill my calendar

When I book an appointment in a certain city, often I am returning to a city that I have been to in recent past.  It would be relevant and efficient to remind me of my prior meeting(s) in that city and suggest/recommend filling my calendar with a follow up meeting, lunch, etc.


 


For instance, " you have a meeting next week in Chicago.  Your last meeting(s) in chicago were with Nuveen Investments, and Golub Capital.  Would you like to follow up with those clients?
