For all of our SSRS reports, we need the date format as DD/MM/YYYY. We tried achieving this through user options, by setting the date/time format to en-gb. The date format worked for reports like Customer Report, but it did not work for the customer invoice.

There should be an option at the level of legal entity to set the date format for all the reports.
