Currently the personalizations of a user can be copied one to many UserIDs by selecting the personalization. The system allows us only select one personalization to to copy from one user to many Users. However, it was more wishful to select more personalizations to copy from one user to the other one to update users simultaneously so we have a many to many relation. This will take less effort to take all the personalizations of one user to the other one and therefore improve the maintenance of personalizations when a new employee or a shift in roles does exist.

Yes we need to this functionality as we are preparing the personalization one an environment and then need to copy it to another environment for go-live preparation.
Export each personalisation / form one by one , and importing again one by one is too much time consuming.

i wonder if this can be added on to, via excel and template file upload. Bulk setup many roles and their links personalization files, rather than 100's at a time.

This functionality is included with the new Saved views feature that is public preview starting in 10.0.9 / Platform update 33. In addition to being able to select multiple personalizations or views to give to multiple users, you can also export multiple personalizations/views into a single file. Finally, and most powerfully, with views, you can publish a read-only view to all users in one or more security roles and in one more legal entities.
