Update account hierarchy to look like contact org chart

Account hierarchy still looks like the old UI with card forms that take up a lot of unnecessary space. Replicating the design of the contact org chart (smaller images/details, drag and drop) would be a big improvement.

Thank for the submission. We are currently not investing in revamping Account Hierarchy. We request customers to kindly upvote for the idea if this would add value. 

However, we are working on to revamp the org chart UX and the release is planned in Apr-May 2023 with the following capabilities:

  • Build the entire org chart via simple drag-drop action.
  • Leverage tags to quickly identify key players and decision-makers.
  • Capture notes directly from org charts on-the-go.
  • Access your org chart directly from the Contacts form as well

I am more than happy to connect on 1:1 call for a demo of the new workflows & gather feedback.

I will append the details of the release notes & help pages as we get closer to the release.
