With the integration of Customer Voice it is only possible to send a general link to Customer Voice survey. With Power Automate it is possible to generate personal links.


Ideal solution would be:

when editing a marketing email it should be possible to add a link to Customer Voice with activated personalization (checkbox)

if customer accepted personal tracking (purpose) the link should be personalized, so that answers are visible with customer. if customer declined personal tracking link should be generic and give customer to give anonymous feedback


Examples where you want personalized surveys: customer satisfaction survey after closing a service request, customers using Power Pages customer portal to get feedback on Usablity and function.


But in some cases we want all answers anonymous, because this engages customers to give negative feedback freely that could help a company to improve services.
