As of 10.0.38 there is a new feature to split posting of journals in excess of 1000 lines.

Its a great feature until you go to post fixed assets which is missing the feature completely. Its not clear from the release notes that this is not available in Fixed assets and its a bug.

An issue has been raised 856469 which confirms the bug and that it will not be resolved.

Its normal to expect fixed asset journals will be in excess of 1000 lines (and we are not a massive company) so please MS, resolve the bug and add the feature to this screen, our accounts team are busy and we need efficiency, not clunky work arounds.
