When using an online store in Commerce, users (in fact : Customers) can create a cart, checkout it to create a Customer order in CSU (and Headquarter).

But, the online store of CSU does not allow to create a Quotation request from online.

For a B2B purpose, it is common in business to provide such feature..

It would be great, if the customer can chose : either to checkout his cart to create a customer order or to ask for a quotation.

The quotation will be create in Commerce / Headquarter. Then our customer service would complete the quotation (searching for sourcing, change price, availlabilty...) and send it back to the customer.
