Display a warehouse for sales orders, but not for outbound inventory transfer orders

We need the ability for a warehouse to be removed from the available options when creating an "Outbound TO" from the POS but still remain as an option for "Inbound TO" and the "Ship from" in a sales order. Essentially, we would like the ability to assign a different set of warehouses for each function.
