It is great that we now have the ability to query both contacts and leads to see if they're created in the system upon form submission, however, if I already have a contact that is in the system then I would want the creation of the lead to be dependent upon that. I would not want to have an additional lead record created if the system already found a contact as I'd want the insights to go to that contact and not a separate lead record.

We should have the ability to select if a lead should be created only if a contact is not found and potentially vice versa. The contact record should take precedence and check to see if a contact exists and then determine if a lead should be created.
