Hi,

We are using Dynamics to capture volunteer registration for specific medical research studies. We have built custom entities for the research studies. A volunteer can register for multiple studies and when this happens multiple contacts get created in CRM with different study name.

It will be great if we can setupa business rule in dynamics, that would merge the contacts but all retain which studies the volunteer registered.
