When creating a user from the user request, the system will automatically take the Email as the user ID. Meaning, it will take the Firstname.Lastname.@.... But since the user ID has a Character limitation, it won't take the full Email address. The proposition would be that the system takes into account the Name for the User ID and not the Email.
