We are trying to use the feature "Saved views" on Collection activities in order to filter on the Purpose and create different tiles per Collection activity that should be taken care of. This Collections activities are created by the Collection Process automation based on different steps.


When the filters are applied and the view are added to the Workspace the tile counter is working correctly but when opening the tile the filter is not applied and following error occurs: "We were unable to apply the filters associated with this view due to security restrictions on this page. However, Personalisations for this view have been applied.". When just using saved view same error appears and no filter is applied.


It would be nice to extend the Saved views functionality to provide the possibility to filter on the Open activities and use them in the Workspace as it will give the users more overview on the work that should be done in the follow up on the collection process.
