Provide the ability to send email from Great Plains using a FROM email address either without authentication, or if necessary, using a shared mailbox with EWS, and 64-bit Office.
User accounts have no problem sending email remittances using 64-bit Office and EWS in GP. However, using a shared mailbox, no emails send and no errors populate. To workaround this customer needed to use 32-bit Office and MAPI with shared mailbox.
