Consider this:
We have configured Incidents in D365 to have an auto-gen number that is unique.
We also have a D365 <--> SharePoint integration that exists

When an Incident is created for a Contact, it is currently using a format whereby it uses the title of the record followed by an underscore of the GUID.

What we would like to achieve is a level of customisability whereby we can stipulate the unique fields that make up the directory path. Namely, the unique Case # that is being generated for the Incident.
EXAMPLE:
- John Smith
- Incident CASE-101-0001
- FilePertainingToIncident.pdf
- FilePertainingToIncident.doc
- Incident CASE-101-0002
- Incident CASE-101-0003
