We are unable to customize the filtering option or add a field (not a column) or view to the Opportunity Product view option.

This option is the one that you have when you click on the button " Add Products" from the Product Opportunity section in the Opportunity.

It causes us a giant headache to help your multiple clients who have to scroll through an entire catalog of products to find the ones that they need . The catalog contains more than 5,000 products.
