Issue:

When filtering a column in a view, it takes a long time to load the prediction, up to 20 seconds. This only happens to some column, and their type is Look up. The column only has around 10 unique values.

Noticeable, the issue didn't happen before April 2026, despite the data volume didn't change much after this period. However, no fix was provided by Microsoft, only a workaround.

Workaround:

MS suggested turning off the contextual filter for the effected columns to improve performance. This means users have to make adjustment for every entity individually and missing out the QoL feature.

Suggestions:

Kindly optimize the filter so it can run within a few seconds of load time even with high volume of data (>5000 records)
