After session is forcibly closed due to inactivity, starting new session does not show or apply a defaulted personal view

Provide a fix for when user's encounter an issue with missing default views when a session is closed. This can occur if the user has a defaulted, non-standard view for a given form and starts a new session after the session has been forcibly closed.
