Within Copilot add-in for Outlook, after an appointment is tracked to the CRM, it would be helpful to allow access to the appointment form directly in Copilot. For example, if there is an Opportunity look-up field on an appointment record, it would be helpful to have access to that look-up field in Copilot/Outlook to add directly rather than having to open the web desktop CRM.
