Hourly refresh of Scorecard dashboard and score distribution graph

Long term report (scorecard dashboard) and score distribution graph should be updated hourly so that customer can track hourly performance and score distribution shifts over a certain period

Enable hourly granularity in KPI charts and score distribution graph so customer can view these graphs in a deeper level of details over a certain period
