In the new UI, when deactivating a Contact, Status field does not show in the pop-up, it can be accessed only if user scrolls through..

Most of the Users would never identify if there option to select the Status as deactivate button is already enabled.

So we would like to have Status field always shown on the Pop-up without scrolling.

Another option can be deactivate button is enabled only once the user scrolls to the end on the pop-up.
