When a solution hit one of the throttling limits imposed for the Dynamics D365 API, it would be extremely useful for the dev organization to understand more of the details about the situation. Even though the solution handle the throttling gracefully, there are several aspects which should be properly understood at the system level, but the available information doesn't allow for proactive investigation and modification. The following information should be available:
- Which throttling limit are exceeded.
- How close the solution are to the various throttling limit over any time period.
- Per user who contribute to the volume of calls to the API over a time period.
