Issue regarding ability to delete the survey , I understand that the surveys can only be deleted by the creator not even by the owner/co-owner of the Project.  

Feedback: We wanted to provide feedback on this aspect and propose an enhancement to the existing privilege structure, enabling owners and administrators right to delete surveys. This would be beneficial in instances where surveys are deemed obsolete or unnecessary and have been created by users without any substantial purpose.
