Allow removal of solution layers on calculated fields

If there's a solution layer on a calculated field, you can't remove it using "Remove active customizations".
This limitation can create significant work if there are many dependencies or code references.

Noting that API call also does nothing.

The same product limitation applies for rollup fields.
