The below process is design to streamline the QA process for companies managing multiple facilities and utilizing templates with dynamic content:

1.     Email> Preview and test > Edit sample data > Preview personalization.

a)     Contact: When clicking on Contact, display automatically only those contacts associated with the selected Brand Profile

b)    Company address and Preference center should also be linked / displayed automatically with the Brand profile already selected.

Acceptance criteria:

·      All dynamic images (ex logo) should already display

·      All dynamic URLs (logo website, Hospital or TPR’s social media, Hospital or TPR’s Find a doctor) should work when clicking on it and have already the tracking values/ UTMs

·      Company address should display accurately  

·      When clicking on Unsubscribe URL,  it directs us to the Hospital or TPR’s Preference Center and the Email address displayed = Contact selected
