Following the 10/15/19 Dynamics 365 release, we wanted to use the new "lead qualification experience" for our users. This new experience creates a pop up window once leads are qualified, and asks the users if they would like to create a new account, contact, or oppty from the qualified lead.

The Pop up window currently has "create opportunity" defaulted to "NO". In our opinion this should be defaulted to "YES". There is no use case where a user would qualify a lead and not want to create an oppty. If there is such a use case, it is certainly an edge case and therefore the default should say "yes".
