Currently when using Reassign records, it reassigns all the records under that particular user to another.

It would be a great option to choose what to reassign when reassigning,

For example, go to user->Reassign records->a pop-up open which asks what all to reassign->Workflows, records from table, Personal views, charts, dashboards->Admin can then choose what all needs to be reassigned.

This will give more power to Admin choosing what records to be assigned to whom.
