In this "new world", we have many of our Outside Sales team that are having meetings with their customers using the Teams web meeting application. We have been training them for years to create their Appointment/Meeting records in D365 and let them migrate from D365 to their Outlook. They have an issue with this now because they cannot create the Meeting in D365 with the Teams web meeting logon information, they have to create the Meeting in Outlook and then add the Teams meeting logon information, then push this Meeting record to D365 with the Dynamics 365 app button.
