Currently Retrieve and Retrieve All messages fires on all records reads. This puts lots of performance bottleneck. Platform should allow these messages to be executed on only specific entities. In scenarios where its unavoidable to write code on Retrieve and Retrieve All messages (due to business use case), we will have lots of performance improvements.
