Since Leo was implemented we have not been able to work effectively with Queues. It appears that Microsoft have now default Business Queues as the default view. This view is hard coded as the default and we are not able to define our own default, which is possible on all other lookup. Also there appears to be no documentation on what Business Queues does or how it is built, using what logic. We have been informed the view is built so that it will not include system built queues, such as those built for a user record and those created for a team. We utilise teams for our queue management, so this causes our users to have to keep changing views before they can assign to a queue.

I have no problem with having a view with this functionality, but can we be given the ability to set our own default view for the lookup.
