The Dynamics Sales has recently launched the SMS capabilities and provides an ability to have 2 way conversation using long codes. However the solution doesn't provide an ability to configure and manage SMS opt in and opt out for managing consent. Without the proper consent management capability the module cant be used for SMS conversation due to compliance. This is a critical issue which requires immediate attention. IN US in order to just complete 10DLC process there is a need for sharing the Opt In process flow however with the current SMS capabilities there is no way to manage Opt In and Opt Out from a particular Longcode, without this even long codes cant be procured. Kindly provide OOTB support for Opt In Opt out and Help keyword treatment.
