When creating a duplicate detection rule from e.g. Lead entity attribute Company Name to Account entity attribute name Account Name, the duplicate detection rules generates a duplicate detection warning when a Lead is qualified, even if the Account Name does not (yet) exist. This is unexpected behavior in the CRM system.

In the duplicate detection warning screen both Account and Contact contain empty strings, actually there are no matching records found.
The added duplicate detection rule should in this case only be active when a Lead is added into the CRM system if there is already an Account in CRM with the same Name. Not when the Lead is qualified!

Result is that the User is rather confused and does not know what to do (Continue or Cancel).

Problem is observed in CRM2016 OnLine / OnPremise; CRM2015; CRM2013. Other systems not checked.
